A lot of things happened the last weeks, and the reason for the lack of updates is that I’m busy again. This is what happened the last weeks:
The Gearbox of my Nissan is fucking broke

The gearbox (Getriebe) of my little 92′ Nissan Sunny N14 is broke. The car is able to drive but you have some awful noises in the lower part of the motor and obviously you have to shift “differently”.
I called the black-market car-engineer of my choice and he took a look over my car. The noises are coming from the gearbox and GUESS WHAT my clutch is also a hack and needs to be replaced. I can show you the costs
NEW GEARBOX FROM NISSAN 750€
Installment of Gearbox inoffical prize 300€
NEW Clutch System 320€
Installment of Clutch System: 50€
OVERALL COSTS : 1420€
I don’t know if YOU KNOW my car, but it’s not worth 1420€ FOR SURE, I can be glad if some stupid hack from turkey gives me 300€ for this piece of shit.
So I was looking for a new car and I went to three car-salesman two Toyota and one general car-store
First Toyota Store:
The agent told me, that it is almost impossible for a “serious” car-salesman to sell a car under 3000€. They have to give me a warrany for one year by law and it is not allowed by their standart operating procedures to sell me anything over 70.000km’s and give me a warranty on this. The cheapest model was a Toyota Corolla with 30.000 km’s which is two years old for 7500€ which is a fair prize but not affordable for me personally.
Second Toyota Store:
The salesman was very nice and supportive, but my views of a cheap Toyota Yaris or Corolla were, again, destroyed. The oldest Yaris was from September 2007 for 9500€…the cheapest model was for 8000€. Fucking shit
Third store:
The owner was a libanese fucker dressed like a drug-dealer, he wanted to sell me a Ford Focus for 2500€ with 12.000km’s. The car looked TOO GOOD so I just walked away. The libanese fucker threw some words at me in a language I wasn’t able to understand
SO I NEED A FUCKING CAR IN THE PRICE RANGE 3000-5000€!!!
TRAINING FOR THE TENELSEN GIG

My band was lazy the last half year. We were just not able to set up a few training sessions for our set, so the last reharsall was not as good as we wanted it to be. So I trained three times a week to obtain my skills in drumming back. I improved my skills and I was able to play doublebass like a moron as I did a guest session with a nurse-colleauge of me who is a metal guitarrist in a band called Stillborn.
Freeing a friend out of the Hospital
My friend Tina had a car accident. The car still runs and she is “kind of healthy” . She only had a concussion and several headaches, and she is still dizzy for an unknown reason. At the day of the accident, she was treated in the Accidents & Emergency Department and then sent home. At home she had a sharp headache and she went back to the hospital in Erkelenz were she was put under neurological watch for the night (which means Vital Signs + Neuro status every hour even during the night).
She layed in a room with a patient who had no orientation and screamed three words during the night. She was not able to sleep and not allowed to drink anything. At morning she called me and asked me to visit her immidately.
At Erkelenz I did a full workup of her and her charts, there was NO reason to put her under neuro-watch again. A strict observing of her status only makes sense IF YOU OBSERVE HER STATUS. She had no patient bell and at the next day she only saw a nurse once and no doctor. If she suffered from a subdural edema or bleeding, nobody would see this.
I looked at her charts and there were only two entries:”Patient admitted at 20:30″ and “Vital sings taken at 4:30″ which is no documentation of a neuro status at all. The lab ordered was not present, so I advised her to LEAVE THE HOSPITAL.
The charge nurse did something, that I hate about nurses. She tried to frighten her by threatening her to inform the school which she is in that a first year nursing student tried to release herself. What a stupid bitch! If a patient wants to go, she has to go no matter what your fucking opinion is. I was boiling and released the information that I’m a nurse, too. She was kind of “surprised” that I was able to question her medication and that she was not under constant observation. The charge nurse started to blackmail me again, by contacting my employer (She thought that I was employed in Erkelenz, don’t know why) and then she threw me out the ward. STUPID BITCH.
End of Story: She was discharged and sent home
CPR/Emergency Situation - Training at Nursing-School
We had CPR - Training today and it was great fun. We all had the chance to train our Resus-Skills and to practice everything included during an emergency at a “normal” ward.

My training sessions went quite well, expect the session where they sabotaged my breathing-bag with a hole. I wasn’t able to built up the nessecary pressure and I was flattered because I did not found the mistake until I did a test.
During one session I “blackjacked” my partner (not in real, but in training) out by pressing on the “defib” button on the defibrillator without shouting “EVERYBODY CLEAR THE BED, SHOCK!” which is not good during an emergency situation
I was furious about two of my classmates. They were “too cool” to train CPR, they thought that during a Cardiac Arrest, somebody would be present and that they don’t have to do anything during an emergency. And the Code Blue Team from the Intensive Care Unit would be present during a minute (which is a very optimistic way of thinking, the Code Blue Team from the ICU needs 3-5 minutes depending on several issues)
Emergency Situations are not the standard on normal wards, but if they occur everybody is under stress and if you are not trained properly in emergency handling you FAIL!
The one time I had an anaphylactic shock, my job was to pull up a syringe of Epinephrin, which is an easy task IF you find the Epinephrin in the Emergency Bag. I wasn’t able to find the fucking Epinephrin and the breathing-bag-nurse had problems in delivering air because the mask was not sealed.
I hope that an Emergency won’t happen during any of the shifts, were these hacks are on duty!
St.Martins fire-watches for the VFD

I was on duty for 4 watches, I’m sick of the fucking singing and the fires and the fact that the Fire Department is not even needed, but it is our job and I try to do it with passion.

We had our St.Martins Party at Friday last week, and guess what I was drunk like shit. I even went to my old adress because I thought that I live there but I quickly saw that I’m now residing at another place.
To end my update, this particular video will round up your pleasure
