A few minutes past 10am I could finally hold it in my hands: Finest cognitive sweat, molded into an intriguing 34 page report about European natural gas trade. Printed 1 1/2 hours prior to the deadline this just in time delivery just deserves a photofinish. It is the child of the probably most elaborative report writing I have had in a while. A glorious miscalculation about the necessary time to provide the paper with a sufficient bibliography caused me to make my bed for no reason.

Beware - as I have been awake for some 30 hours! Probably the placebo effect of a few sips ‘Red Bull’ (not even my own drink) did its thing. Luckily Bibliographies do not require too much creative thinking. They just take freakin time. And it doesn’t help if you save your used data as sloppyly as I did.

On one hand it is fascinating how much work could be done if one wouldn’t have to sleep. On the other hand… if I think about the radio program that accompanied me over many hours I should probably avoid many future night shifts like that. The ever repeating songs, news and jokes will drive you insane! Last night has brought me to the conclusion that radio stations do not really create more than 1 hour of content. After that some monkey hits the repeat button.

But, hey, who cares about the monkey! It’s time to relax, drop off the English report writing tonality and switch back to German Gemütlichkeit.

Wird Zeit ein Feierabendbier aufzumachen - vielleicht morgen, ich werd doch langsam müüüüüüüde….

Wir haben es nach fast einem Jahr NACH unserem bestandenen Abitur geschafft, eine billige Holztafel zu löten in dem alle unsere Namen sind!

Es gab noch nie einen Gegenstand und noch nie eine Aktion, über die so kontrovers, emotional und vor allem voreingenommen diskutiert wurde…egal hauptsache ich war im Recht.

Die beiden unteren Bilder sind übrigens Fotos von der Crime Scene des unhygienischsten und dreckisten Ort den ich im gesamten Kreis Viersen kenne. Wer auf den Toiletten des Gymnasium St.Wolfhelm sein Geschäft verrichtet, der feiert Party mit Clamydien und anderen ekelhaften Sorten der baktieriellen Rasse (sic!)

Gestern besuchte ich im lokalen Mönchengladbacher Kino den Film “Abgedreht” oder auch bekannt als “Be Kind Rewind”.

Kurzfassung.

Die “nachgedrehten” Filme, die dem Publikum präsentiert werden retten den Film aus dem Loch der absoluten Langeweille. Der Rest des Film besteht aus einer absolut unlogischen Geschichte über einen Jazz-Helden der angeblich in der Videothek geboren wurde und Jack Black als einen verrückten Schrottplatzverwalter der urplötzlich magnetisiert ist. Die nachgedrehten Filme sind immer wieder einen Lacher wert aber sind im Gesamtbild betrachtet nur Stimmungsaufheller.

Das sind doch mal schöne, funktionierende Windräder Stephan (vorheriger Post)!

Nachdem das letzte Mal ein Windrad explodiert ist, möchte ich wieder einmal funktionierende und weniger gut funktionierende Technik (in dem Fall ein Plagiat, aber so klar ist hier gar nicht was Original und was billige Nachmache ist ) einander gegenüberstellen. Da ich mir das ambitionierte Ziel gesetzt habe in knapp drei Wochen einen schönen Bericht über den europäischen Erdgasmarkt zu schreiben, lasse ich privat mal lieber bewegte Bilder sprechen.
Vor rund einer Woche kursierte dieses faszinierende Video eines vierbeinigen Roboters durch das Netz:

These are times beautiful, functioning wind turbines Stephan (previous post)!

After the last time a wind turbine exploded, I would like to once again functioning and less well-functioning technology (in the case plagiarize, but it clearly is not what was original and cheap afternoon Mache is: D) oppose each other.
